Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern access to and use of Botriona's offerings, located at botriona.com. All references to we, us, or our refer to Botriona. By engaging with any offering, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Chatbot Solutions Services

Botriona provides customized chatbot design, integration, and maintenance services (Services). Services commence upon mutual agreement and involve resource allocation and technical planning. Once the design phase has begun, no refund is available due to irreversible commitment of personnel and infrastructure. However, you may request a transfer of the agreed service slot or a substitution of service within 30 days of purchase, subject to schedule availability and team capacity.

3. Information Products

We offer digital courses, templates, and guides (Info Products) designed to enhance chatbot implementations. You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of access to the Info Product. To submit a request, use our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment. After 14 days, all sales of Info Products are final.

4. Goods

Botriona may offer physical goods such as branded merchandise or hardware kits (Goods). You must inspect and report any issue within 7 days of delivery. Eligible requests for a refund of Goods must be submitted via our contact form within this period. Goods must be unused, in original packaging. Once approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days. We also provide a replacement of the item if available; if a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.

5. Refund Policies

Our refund provisions vary by offering type:

• Services: No refund after commencement of design phase. Transfer or substitution may apply within 30 days.
• Info Products: Refunds allowed within 14 days of access. Requests must be made as described above.
• Goods: Refunds allowed within 7 days of receipt. Subject to condition of item and guidelines above.

All approved refunds are processed within stated timeframes. For any request, please include your order details and Business ID 653413775. We reserve the right to apply a small processing fee for partial filings where significant preparation has occurred.

6. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will have a new effective date. Continued engagement with our offerings constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
